Romi and Matthias are passionate beekeepers. Their heart project is about 5 hectares of land where they establish and maintain orchards, wild hedges, and vegetable gardens.

Our bee colonies are distributed across our two locations in Kollmitzberg and Gschirm. Our honey is therefore 100% from Austria.
