Service providers

The following service providers process data on our behalf. We have a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR with each of them.

Hosting: Vercel Inc.

Vercel serves this website. For every page request, Vercel processes technically necessary connection data so the page can be delivered and protected against attacks.

Data: IP address, date and time of the request, requested address, browser and operating system, referring page.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest in a secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention: Vercel keeps these logs only as long as needed for operation and security and then deletes them automatically.
Place of processing: United States (EU Standard Contractual Clauses)

Contact form and corporate honey enquiry: Basin

Basin receives messages from the contact form and the corporate honey enquiry and forwards them to us by e-mail. Basin only receives what you send yourself.

Data: Name, e-mail address, message, optionally phone number and company, for corporate honey enquiries your configuration, plus time and IP address of the submission.
Legal basis: Answering your enquiry and steps before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); otherwise legitimate interest in answering (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention: Enquiries are deleted at Basin after 12 months. We keep the forwarded e-mail as long as needed for the enquiry and statutory retention duties.

Contact form, corporate honey enquiry and e-mail

When you write to us through a form or by e-mail, we use your details only to answer your enquiry. In the contact form, name, e-mail address and message are required; the phone number is optional. The corporate honey enquiry also includes your company, the configuration you chose and your wishes. We do not pass your enquiry on to anyone except the service providers named above.

When you click a WhatsApp link, WhatsApp opens on your device. Only when you write to us there does WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) process your message under its own privacy terms. The website itself sends no data to WhatsApp when you click.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, to data portability and to object to processing (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Just send us an e-mail.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna.
